If there is someone on the team who is the weak link, they should be booted and/or replaced. Just because you don't want them on your team, doesn't mean they cant stay on your friends list. If someone doesnt want to play and misses games, then i wouldnt want them in a game. Use regular season to gain chemistry and tell them the best 4 will play in playoffs. This will make them WANT to get better. As a captain you dont want to force anyone to get better at anything. Tell them, No more fair or unfair. The best player plays. Works for us.
