It's simple:

Mouse 1 - Shoot
Mouse 2 - Weapon effect
Mouse - Move head
WASD - Move
Space - Jump
CTRL - Crouch
E - Call medic
Q - Quick weapon change
1 - Primary Weapon
2- Secondary Weapon
3- Melee weapon
4 - (Selective classes) 3rd weapon / tool
