EUGBL14: EUGBL Sign-Ups Now Open!

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls and anything that may come in-between, the sign ups are now open for the EUGBL14 which sees the European Grifball League finally come to Halo 4. For those who don’t know the European Grifball League is a competition set up for European teams and competitors and is ran from the GrifballHub forums in the EUGBL Discussion section. It’s nine rounds of untimed Grifball action set out to see which team is the best European Grifball team.

If you have a team that you want to sign up then head over to the sign-up thread and fill in the application form. You’ll need at least four players including a captain (even though more are recommended) and can only use a maximum of two non-European players and none who play in the AGLA. If you want to check the rules before signing up then make sure you check them out here.

The league is ran by the long serving commissioner Messiah Muffin and the league gametype and map can be downloaded from his fileshare. The official gametype is named EUGBL14 and is nine rounds, untimed with no shields and auto catch turned off. The official map is Thin Ice. Muffin as well as the rest of his EUGBL admins can be found in the GrifballHub forums.

So if you’re from Europe we hope that you’ll get your team together and sign up. We’re hoping for another good turn out this season and we hope that you’ll choose to join us. Sign-ups close on Saturday the 12th and the league will start the following Monday, the 14th, so make sure you don’t leave it too long. Good luck everyone and I hope to see you there.

– Messiah Muffin (EUGBL Commissioner)
